Yes. Optomech offers Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for all metrology systems — Comprehensive (labour + agreed spare parts) and Non-Comprehensive (labour only). AMC covers preventive maintenance visits, machine health checks, optical and mechanical calibration, and priority breakdown support.
Optomech provides 24/7 remote technical support via AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or VPN (as per customer policy). Support covers remote diagnosis, camera and lighting parameter tuning, software troubleshooting, and live guidance during breakdowns or production stoppages.
