How does the Induction Sealing Verification System (ISIVS) work?
ISIVS uses a high-sensitivity infrared thermal camera to capture the heat profile of every induction seal immediately after the sealing station. Software analyses each thermal image in real time to identify under-sealing, over-sealing, missing liner, and partial bonding — defects invisible to the naked eye.
