Operating Workflow

How GBMS Works — Four Simple Steps

Any production operator can run complete dimensional inspections with no metrology training. The GBMS does all the measurement work — the operator simply places the bottle.

Prepare the Template

Place a reference bottle, define all measurement points, set nominal dimensions and tolerances. Save the programme. This is done once per part number — 15 to 30 minutes the first time, never repeated.

Place the Bottle

Load the saved template. Place the glass bottle or vial in the measurement fixture. No precision alignment or special handling required.

Auto-Inspect 360°

The system automatically rotates the bottle through a full 360°, capturing multiple profile images at defined angular intervals. All programmed dimensions are measured simultaneously. Results appear in seconds.

Report & Analyse

Inspection results are logged with timestamp, batch ID, and pass/fail per dimension. CPK and SPC reports are generated automatically. Data is stored to 512 GB SSD and accessible via network.
