The PBMS (Plastic Bottle Measurement System) performs 100% optical inspection of plastic bottles without any contact. The operator places a bottle on the rotating stage, the system automatically:

How PBMS Works

Prepare Template

Operator runs a test bottle through the 7-step workflow, verifies measurements against drawing, and saves the inspection sequence as a reusable template.

Place Bottle

Load a plastic bottle onto the rotating stage. The sensor automatically detects bottle presence and centers it for measurement.

7-Step Auto-Inspect

Stage rotates 360°. At each step, the 20MP CMOS captures an image. Double telecentric lens + blue LED ensure consistent edge detection. Dimensions computed in real time.

Report & Analyse

Dimension data compared to limits. Pass/Fail verdict. Full report (shift, batch, daily). CPK/SPC trends available. Remote support via network interface.

Each bottle inspection takes only seconds — the exact time depends on the number of dimensions being measured and the configured 7-step workflow. Template-based operation means once the inspection sequence is set up, all subsequent bottles are inspected identically and automatically.
