Prepare Template

Operator runs a test bottle through the 7-step workflow, verifies measurements against drawing, and saves the inspection sequence as a reusable template.

Place Bottle

Load a plastic bottle onto the rotating stage. The sensor automatically detects bottle presence and centers it for measurement.

7-Step Auto-Inspect

Stage rotates 360°. At each step, the 20MP CMOS captures an image. Double telecentric lens + blue LED ensure consistent edge detection. Dimensions computed in real time.
