PP 600H Horizontal Profile Projector

The PP 600H is the most capable profile projector in the Optomech range. Its 300×200 mm motorised traverse — the largest in the Optomech profile projector range — on ball screws and precision linear guides gives smooth, accurate positioning for shafts, lead screws and ball screws. The Ø600 mm screen and 250 kg rigid base make it the reference instrument for precision shaft manufacturers.

PP 600H Questions

What is the PP 600H measuring traverse?+
The PP 600H has a 300 × 200 mm (X × Y) motorised measuring traverse on ball screws and precision linear motion guides — the largest stage in the Optomech profile projector range. Features longer than the traverse are measured in sections by repositioning the part between centres; for longer parts with many features, a VMM CNC HD (600 × 500 mm stage) may suit better.
PP 400H vs PP 600H — which should I buy?+
Choose PP 600H if you regularly inspect parts with lengths up to 600 mm or need the Ø600 mm screen. Choose PP 400H when parts are shorter, Ø400 mm screen is sufficient, and you want the more compact (still floor-mounted) horizontal option.
